Regeneration Package:

Boring and honing of cylinders with tension plate, Piston diameter check, Adjusting the piston ring end gaps
 Checking the main bearings,
Regeneration of the axial alignment of the bearing bores and main bearing caps,
Measurement of main and connecting rod bearing clearances,
Checking the dimensions of the crankshaft,
Polishing of the crankshaft main and connecting rod journals,
 Dynamic balancing of the crankshaft,
Cleaning / preparing the crankshaft for assembly,
Connecting rod inspection,
Replacing the small-end connecting rod bushings (small-end bushing),
Regeneration of the dimensions of the big end of the connecting rod,

Regeneration package + Close-deck service (water jacket closure)

Race Pack:

Regeneration package + close deck + Cylinder machining for O-ring (O-ring seal)
